Ballon d'Or: Jorginho 3rd, Kante 5th, Lukaku 12th, Mount 19th & Azpilicueta 29th on final list of top 30

Chelsea have 5 players shortlisted for the Ballon d'Or with the official rankings being revealed ahead of the main ceremony on Monday.

Jorginho, despite winning the Euros as well as the Champions League, only finished in 3rd place for the Ballon d'Or.

N'Golo Kante has been named in 5th place, which makes it two Blues in the top 5.

Romelu Lukaku is the highest Chelsea player ranked so far, being named 12th in the top 30 list.

The Belgian won Serie A with Inter last season before signing with Chelsea over the summer.

Cesar Azpilicueta's number is the first to come up, with the Blues' club captain earning the tied 29th spot on the list alongside Luka Modric.

Mason Mount has earned the 19th spot in the final list, finishing ahead of the likes of Harry Kane, Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez.
