Everyone loves the FA Cup because it is a special competition. It definitely is for Chesterfield's Awkasi Asante, who scored his side's only goal in the 5-1 defeat against Chelsea on Saturday.
"This is what dreams are made of," he told the BBC after the game.
"When I found out we were playing Chelsea in the cup I had to double check. All you are thinking about then is if you can go there and nick a result or just get a goal.
"They are the champions of Europe!
"I am buzzing with the goal.
"I saw one of my old school mates in the crowd at the end. I heard him shouting to me, I didn't know he was coming but he is a Chelsea fan and he told me he was crying his eyes out when I scored."
This is truly something special and Asante's words perfectly describe the beauty of the FA Cup.
As per Opta, Asante became the first non-league player to score against a top-2 Premier League side in the FA Cup since 2003.
