Chelsea have had a torrid run of form recently, winning just 1 of their last 7 league games, and for the first time, there have been some grumblings about the manager.
The Blues have a track record of not having too much patience with managers despite past success but Chelsea fan u/DasDoto on Reddit thinks that shouldn't matter this time.
The fan wrote: "The board should ask themselves, if not Tuchel then who? There's really no one out there right now who's better than Tuchel.
"I just hope the board is going to be smarter this time around, look at what Pep and Klopp has built at their respective teams and give Tuchel the same time.
"We have a core group of young players whom Tuchel can mold according to his style and if we bring in a couple of players for the position that we are missing, I think we can be as dominant as City has been the last few years."
Chelsea are more or less out of the title race entirely and could be fighting for top 4 if they cannot beat Tottenham on Sunday.
