Fabrizio Romano confirms Andrey Santos move to Chelsea with trademark 'here we go'

Vasco da Gama midfielder Andrey Santos will join Chelsea, Fabrizio Romano reports.

"Full agreement on the personal terms with the player and between the clubs. Chelsea will pay around €20m," Romano said, adding his trademark 'here we go'.

The 18-year-old is considered one of the most talented young midfielders in Brazil.

Newcastle, Man City were also in the race to sign Santos but Chelsea convinced the player and his family to move to the Bridge.

The 18-year-old has made 38 first-team appearances for Vasco de Gama, scoring eight goals.
