Second game in three days: team news for Man City vs Chelsea, probably line-ups

On Sunday, Chelsea are taking on Man City for the second time in less than 72 hours. This time, the two teams will face each other at the Etihad in the FA Cup third round.

Team news

Chelsea

Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic have joined a long injury list at Chelsea during the first Man City game. It's not clear how long they're sidelined for. The same goes for Mason Mount who picked up an injury in training a day before that game.

Edouard Mendy has undergone surgery and will not feature on Sunday. Neither will Wesley Fofana, Reece James, N'Golo Kante, Armando Broja, Ben Chilwell and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Man City

Ruben Dias and Aymeric Laporte both missed the game on Thursday and are not expected back. Julian Alvarez returned to the squad, however.
