It's 9th against 10th in the Premier League when Chelsea faces Liverpool at Anfield in a few hours. 

Chelsea fans are excited again following their win against Crystal Palace last week. The calvary has arrived at Chelsea with six new players joining the Blues this month. It makes the selection of players for the trip to Liverpool a bit tricky.

Could Mudryk make his debut vs Liverpool? Potter answers

 on Saturday but admits he might not be ready for the full 90 minutes.

"He’s settled in really good. He’s a young player, an exciting player, fantastic speed one-v-one, can attack the back line. Now we’ve just got to help him adapt to the Premier League, adapt to us.

"He’s obviously come from a mid-season break so hasn’t played so much football recently, but has been training well, so we’ll assess him and see how much he can play at the weekend.

"There’s a chance he could make his debut. It’s how much he can do. I think 90 minutes no, but there’s probably a role for him at some stage in the game.

"You’ve just got to help him understand and help everyone understand that he’s coming from a different country, a different league, so he has to adapt. 

"He’s a young player who’s got a lot of potential, a lot of upside, but at the same time he’s had some really good experiences already. So he’s an exciting player."

Mudryk is yet to test himself at the top level - even though he had a few good displays in the Champions League for his former club. 

He might get his Chelsea debut as soon as this Saturday as the Blues will take on Liverpool.

We need to give this players time. Because I don’t understand why they signed them. They almost wasted Zakaria and he is very good and far better than Georginho. See Chukwuemeka very good in attacking and shooting from outside the box. Sometimes I don’t understand how this coaches come up with their selections. Well blues for life let’s focus on Liverpool.

There’s something we need to understand. When you buy a player and they train, it’s just right for you to be sure they gel well before you throw them under the bus because if they don’t perform well it’s going to mess with their confidence. Martinelli spent a whole season on the bench when he was bought but look at him now.

I don’t think it wouldn’t be a smart decision to start Datro in a match like this! Harvertz would rather be a better choice honestly. He can bring on Datro later on, but not to start. Same for Madueke as well, you dont just bench Ziyech and start Madueke just like that! Ziyech has been trying lately, even though we know it’s not the best we can get from him,Mudryk too, can be introduced later on in the match. But we need to be at our best and mustn’t lose to this Liverpool side, a win would be great, at most a draw.

In my opinion Datro needs a chance either instead of Havertz or as an early sub!
Also get Madueke on instead of Ziyech, Chukwuemeka must get an opportunity in the second half. We need to give Liverpool a good old London Spanking!!!
