'That would be my perspective': Potter warns Havertz over goal celebration vs Everton

Graham Potter was not impressed with how Kai Havertz celebrated his goal in Chelsea’s draw against Everton with a mocking gesture towards Jordan Pickford.

He said after the game: “When players score, they have something like an out-of-body experience. I didn’t score many myself so I wouldn’t know.

“You should enjoy the celebration, I don’t think you need to involve the opponent. That would be my perspective.”

Havertz did that celebration towards Pickford because the Everton goalkeeper constantly tried to unnerve him with his antics leading up to the penalty. The German forward has done well as the penalty taker for Chelsea since Jorginho’s departure and scored all of his three penalties.

How can you decide to put Chukwuemeka in a game like this while Mudryk is on the bench? That's kinda unforgiveable

Hmmmm. The boehly and co are just wasting their times with clueless Graham potter as Chelsea manager. It will all end in sour taste. For God sake, Chelsea is an elite club that needs an elite manager to manage it not one mediocre manager like Graham potter. Tell me one win Graham potter won that's convincing that isn't nervy.

If the sack passes at the end of the season then the new Chelsea owners aren't serious. Graham potter hasn't won any match convincingly. All Chelsea fan and owners are always on the edge of their seat in all matches anxious and frustrated.

If Potter does not have the financial capability to hire a new manager he should allow Silva coach the team until he has the capacity but Potter should just leave the team. It is so worrisome!
