Chelsea are 'admirers' of Julian Nagelsmann and would be keen on appointing him as head coach in case they sack Graham Potter, according to the Daily Mail.
The Englishman's position is secure at the moment but a series of poor results would test Todd Boehly's resolve and could see the ex-Brighton boss fired.
Real Madrid are also keeping an eye on Nagelsmann although Spurs are the most likely destination for the German. However, he's not going to north London immediately.
The 35-year-old wants some time off after his sacking at Bayern, where he was replaced by Thomas Tuchel. However, he would be ready to return to management in the summer.
Chelsea therefore have about two months to make up their minds on Potter before Nagelsmann becomes unavailable.
