According to Globo Esporte, Chelsea loanee Andrey Santos is taking legal action against Vasco da Gama, the club that he left to join the Blues and that he re-joined on loan in March.

The 19-year-old is still due to receive the 30% of the fee Chelsea agreed to pay for his transfer in January.

Brentford want to keep Toney
