Chelsea's Ramsdale interest genuine (reliability: 5 stars)

On Monday night, the Daily Mail sent shock waves among the Chelsea and Arsenal fanbases by saying that the Blues are interested in signing Aaron Ramsdale.

Reliable reporter Jason Burt has confirmed the rumours speaking on Sky Sports' Back Pages.

Burt says that Chelsea like the Englishman's profile and performances and they are still in the market for another goalkeeper, after signing Sanchez and Petrovic in the summer.

So if an opportunity arises, the Blues could strike a deal for the 25-year-old.

Ramsdale was on the bench for Arsenal's game against Everton last Sunday, having previously started all Premier League games for the Gunners this season.
