During the most recent Barcelona Members Assembly, Barca's president Josep Bartomeu has revealed the main priorities the club sets ahead of his two last years as Blaugrana's chairman.
Firstly, the president wants to see the squad renewed in a measured fashion.
"We have to continue renewing the team, to continue this generational evolution in a natural way.
"From one generation that has been winning to another that must incorporate youth and talent, and that will also be winning."
In this regard, Bartomeu has stressed the importance of Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie de Jong's purchases, as well as the involvement of Ansu Fati, Carles Perez and Riqui Puig in the first-team performances.
As for the second priority, the president names the Espai Barca project. The construction works are to begin next summer, Bartomeu claims.
"We are waiting for the necessary licenses to start the renovation of the Camp Nou stadium.
"Summer 2020 will be the first summer (out of the four) which we will need to finish our new stadium."
