"Víctor Valdes was the best goalkeeper with his hands. He had incredible hands," Ajax's goalkeeper Andre Onana told Ziggo when asked to name the most technical colleague.
"I trained a lot with him and he was incredible because I learned a lot from him since he was one of the best in the world at that time," the Cameroonian added, referring to his 5-year spell at the Barcelona academy.
Onana never made it to the Barca first team or even the B team as he left for Ajax for just €150,000 in 2015. He has kept 78 clean sheets in 189 games for the Eredivisie giants.
Meanwhile, Valdes returned to the Catalan club last year as a Barca U19s coach. He spent just a couple of months at Barca before being fired.
