'Messi would make coffee for Ronaldinho. He was very shy': Ex-Barca B forward Orlandi

"It was not pleasant training with Messi; you couldn't get the ball off him or get near him. He was shy and Ronaldinho looked after him. Messi would prepare a coffee for Ronny and not say a word but, on the pitch, he would transform into a monster," former Barcelona B forward Andrea Orlandi has told Goal.

"At the time, the reference point was Ronaldinho and he was the best thing I have ever seen in terms of pure quality. Messi was different from him. It wasn't showboating but he would show you the ball and it wasn't there anymore," he added.

Messi and Ronaldinho always seemed to have a warm relationship while at Barca. Besides, the two players participated in 9 Barca goals together, including Leo's first-ever Blaugrana goal against Albacete.

'You can't even call him a footballer!': Malcom branded worst ever transfer at Russian club he joined after Barca

"Malcom? One can't even call him a footballer. To work off the money spent on his purchase, the Brazilian must both direct the team's attacks and track back to help the defence. Everything he does is walking across the pitch and waving arms," Zenit's youth coach Denis Ugarov has told the media.

"I think this is the worst transfer in the history of Zenit. We need to get rid of such ballast. Young players should be given more game time instead," he added.

Malcom is probably one of the biggest flops at Barca too, although it's fair to say that he wasn't receiving much game time by Ernesto Valverde.

After scoring 4 goals in 24 games for Blaugrana, the winger left the club for Zenit for €40m but hasn't impressed there either, scoring just 5 goals in 35 games and missing a lot through injuries.

When young Eden Hazard declared greatness of 24-year-old Messi with just one tweet

Back in 2012, Eden Hazard wasn't even a Chelsea player but he definitely knew football.

In March, when Leo Messi scored 5 goals against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League, the Belgian asked a rhetorical question on Twitter.

"Is Messi the best player of all time?"

Just for the record: Messi was 24 years old then, just 2 years older than Eden.

It's quite special that Hazard himself turned into one of the world's best players and now plays for Real Madrid. He has never faced Barcelona in Clasicos yet, however.
