All three parties have reached agreements on a transfer fee and personal terms with the La Masia graduate set to undergo his medicals at OM in the coming days.
Earlier it was claimed that Marseille will pay €3.5m for the 19-year-old.
The Catalans are also working to sell Jean-Clair Todibo to OGC Nice for €8.5m plus add ons, Romano adds.
The Frenchman joined the Ligue 1 side on loan in January. The 21-year-old ruled out his potential return to Camp Nou a couple of months ago, saying that he wants to stay at Nice.
