Barcelona-based outlet Mundo Deportivo came up with a report on Inter Milan's willingness to offer their players in a swap deal involving Jordi Alba.
Now, much more reliable Gianluca di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia has played down the links, saying that the Nerazzurri's interest in the Barca left-back is 'not true'.
There's 'nothing' between the clubs, the journalist adds.
It would've been a huge surprise if the Catalans let their key defender leave in the first place but now the situation seems to be clear - Alba is not going to join Inter anytime soon.

Inter Milan keen on Jordi Alba, to offer swap deal (reliability: 4 stars)
Inter Milan are interested in signing Jordi Alba this summer, according to Mundo Deportivo.
As per the reliable Catalan source, the Nerazzurri are willing to include some players into a swap deal involving the left-back.
The Blaugrana, on the other hand, are unlikely to sell the 32-year-old unless they sign a replacement, especially with Junior Firpo set to leave the club in the coming weeks.
On the other hand, Barca could be forced to offload Alba if he refuses to accept a wage cut.
