According to Italian outlet Tuttosport, Philippe Coutinho has been offered to AC Milan by his agent Kia Joorabchian. (h/t Mundo Deportivo) It's said that his representative has been offering him to multiple clubs that will be playing Champions League football next season.
Milan could be interested in Coutinho as they need an attacking midfielder to replace Hakan Calhanoglu who left them for Inter Milan this summer.
Tuttosport add that the Rossoneri could try to land Phil on loan, although his €12m salary could be a dealbreaker for the Italians. A swap for Alessio Romagnoli isn't being considered despite previous reports, it's said.
In the 2020/21 season, Coutinho played just 14 games for Barcelona and recorded three goals and two assists. He's been out with an injury for almost half a year now,

Ansu Fati has received the green light from the Barcelona doctors to do the pre-season with the rest of the group, MARCA's reliable Luis F. Rojo reports. Barca are set to start the pre-season on July 12.
The Catalans, however, are cautious about the 18-year-old and want his workload to increase gradually. That's why the plan is for Fati to start training alone and join the rest of group at a later point.
It's said that Ansu feels good, with his recovery being on the right track. He wants to regain the form he had before the injury.
Fati played just 10 matches for Barca in the 2020/21 season, scoring five goals and providing four assists. He's been out since November due with a knee injury.
