What's happening in Ronaldinho's life after prison? You asked, we answered

It's been almost a year since Ronaldinho was released from prison after an unpleasant case of using a fake passport.

For many Cules, Ronnie remains their favourite or at least the second-favourite player ever after Leo Messi – and they're really interested in how the 41-year-old changed after that.

What has happened in Ronaldinho's life since then? Let's see.

Uniting with Barca on social media

In December, Ronnie spared some time to film an 'Impossible decisions... ' episode with Barcelona.

It's really entertaining, just take a look.

Barca visit

'It's my garden, my dance floor,' Ronaldinho told the media while walking at Camp Nou in February.

The Brazilian also met his former manager Frank Rijkaard as the two took a really nice joint pic.

Mother's death, alcohol abuse

A really tough moment for the legendary Brazilian. Dona Miguelina Eloi Assis dos Santos died following complications from the coronavirus in February 2021.

In March, it was reported that Ronnie struggled with alcohol dependence amid his mother's death. Luckily, there are no such reports these days and the 41-year-old seemingly spends much more time in public.

Singing!

In June, Ronnie released a samba song and a music video, showing what an all-round person he is.

Partying with Pogba

Ronaldinho spent some quality time in Miami doing his favourite thing – partying.

There he met Paul Pogba, Paulo Dybala, Blaise Matuidi and some other world-class football stars.

El Clasico Legends' clash

Earlier this month, Ronaldinho shone in a Blaugrana shirt again as he featured for Barca Legends in El Clasico.

The Brazilian scored a goal and celebrated it in his trademark style – and that's when we knew the good old Ronnie is back.

Attending memorial events

On Thursday, for example, Ronaldinho paid a visit to Lebanon to lay flowers at a memorial to victims of a port explosion.

Glorifying Brazil

Ronnie remains devoted to sport 24/7.

Via his Instagram, the Brazilian congratulates every compatriot who wins an Olympic Medal.
