"Scoring for Barcelona is very special. We dominated the game and had many chances. I'm happy to gain confidence with my goal. Those who play upfront always like to score, but you have to look for the best for the group," Luuk de Jong said after the game against Levante, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
"I've played for the team, pressing hard. I've come here to score goals, but the important thing is to win as a team.
"I have a good connection with everyone. The goal was a perfect pass from Sergino Dest, we speak the same language, and I only had to score. I liked how we all played and we will have a lot of confidence after this game.
"Starting with tomorrow, we have to recover and focus on Benfica. It was difficult against Bayern Munich, but now we have to win against Benfica to earn the first three points in the groups and work hard as a team."
