Back to 4-3-3? Select ultimate XI for Atletico game from 3 options

Option 1

No Eric Garcia, no Sergio Busquets, no Luuk de Jong – this is probably the most in-form starting eleven Ronald Koeman or Alfred Schreuder could field on Saturday.

This is quite similar to what we saw against Levante but with Ronald Araujo, Frenkie de Jong and Ansu Fati all in.

Option 2

Ter Stegen; Dest, Araujo, Garcia, Alba; Gavi, Busquets, F. de Jong; Coutinho, L. de Jong, Memphis.

Adding some experience to the first option, putting both Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets into the eleven but removing Gerard Pique.

Also, it might still be too early for Ansu to start the game, so Luuk, who scored his first Barca goal exactly under Schreuder, starts upfront.

Taking fewer risks, using more straight-up soldiers here, but is it really worth it?

Option 3

Ter Stegen; Araujo, Pique, Garcia; Mingueza, Gavi, F. de Jong, Dest; Demir, Memphis, Fati.

The most attacking option of all.

Three at the back again but in a more dynamic set-up than the one unveiled by Koeman last time out.

The wide midfielders track back when needed while Frenkie and Gavi are mostly focused on playmaking and looking for ways of providing the forwards with passes.

Sounds like a very creative option in case Atletico decide to play in a counterattacking style.

What's your choice and why?
