'Gavi a certified baller', 'Busquets suffers because of Koeman': fans react to Barca duo shining against Italy

Spain have beaten Italy 2-1 and advanced to the Nations League final.

The two starters from Barcelona, Gavi and Sergio Busquets, put up great performances, leaving in awe both the cules and the neutral fans. Here's what they have said about the Blaugrana duo on Twitter.

On Gavi

dermotmcorrigan: "Gavi's understanding of the play - on and off the ball - is just phenomenal."

MarcelSimply: "Gavi man. Certified baller. Going to be huge..."

FDJChief: "Playing like he’s been with the National Team for a long time. Future is bright for Gavi "

PremLeaguePanel: "Gavi is very smooth in possession which you may expect from a top La Masia graduate. But what is also very impressive is his defensive work. This 17-year-old kid is already winning a ton of duels and 50/50s in the middle of the park. A very exciting blend of technique and tenacity."

Youngcules: "Gavi with a mature performance in an international semi-final. How can you not be impressed with this kid… Lucho knows it, future of Spain."

On Busquets

JosipFCB93: "Call me deluded or whatever you want but Busquets always performs for Spain, even against the best teams. Almost like it's down to coaching and tactics to bring the best out of players and hide their weaknesses..."

Youngcules: "Busquets performing for Spain and not for Barca. I wonder why… Of course, your most tactical player will struggle in a system that seems anti-tactical at times!"

KaiPoissonOne: "Gavi and Busquets totally dominating against Barella, Jorginho and Verratti and the people in the City of Barcelona haven’t kidnapped Koeman yet."

hazfcb_: "I hope people our fanbase has watched Spain in the last year and seen how great Busquets looks under Enrique. The only reason he suffers at Barca is Koeman."

_owurakuampofo: "Currently, Busquets at Barcelona and Busquets at Spain are completely different players. The power of systems in football."
