As things stand, the following Barcelona players will take part in the competition: Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Eric Garcia, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Dani Alves, Sergio Busquets, Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Gavi, Sergi Roberto, Philippe Coutinho, Ansu Fati, Ousmane Dembele, Memphis Depay and Martin Braithwaite.

The World Cup in Qatar will take place from November 21, 2022, to December 18, 2022.
