For some reason, the editors didn't bother to mention that Messi is a La Liga top scorer and a Copa del Rey winner.
Messi has been included in the 11-man shortlist for FIFA Best Men's Player award. The prestigious award will be given on January 17.
The previous winner is Robert Lewandowski. Leo Messi won the prize in 2019.
