Xavi provides encouraging injury update on Ansu Fati, reveals expected return date

"Ansu is doing very well, he has good feelings," Xavi said during his press conference for the Villarreal game.

"After his long injury we have to be careful. We will see if we can take risks like the other day with Dembele.

"Hopefully we can count on him in Munich."

Fati got injured in the game against Celta Vigo on November 6. Since then, he's missed games against Espanyol and Benfica.

However, Fati's latest injury is only a hamstring problem and not related to the knee injury that kept him out for almost a year.

So far, Fati has registered 4 goals and an assist in his first 8 games this term.
