Erling Haaland and Adama Traore are definitely among the fastest men in football these days.
But who is faster between the two?
First things first, let's compare their top speed.

Actually, Adama Traore once recorded an incredible speed of 37.99 kilometer/hour – but only in training.
It's worth a mention that Haaland, unlike Traore, has picked up some serious injuries since setting the Bundesliga record – this might well impact his ability to improve his achievement. At the same time, he is younger than Adama and it's hard to know what the Norwegian's ceiling is.

Visually indeed, Haaland takes more time to reach his top speed, doing it more gradually, while Traore could display his explosive speed from the off.
So yes, Adama is faster than Haaland, although the pace of both players is absolutely outstanding.
