Liverpool legend Carragher names one Blaugrana 'player of the tournament so far' - he's yet to finish first game

Spain were only about 15 minutes into their first game at the World Cup when former Liverpool captain Jamie Carragher tweeted: "Pedri is the player of the tournament so far!"

At the time of writing, Spain were 3-0 up against Costa Rica at half-time. Pedri did not directly contribute to any of the goals but his numbers are simply impressive: 69/72 passes, 3 key passes, 3/4 long balls, one ground duel won, and one tackle.
