In fact, this is a joke that started with the German's non-existent quote about Barca 'having to pay' for something. As we know, Muller is a sort of a nightmare for Barca – he has scored lots of goals and won plenty of games against us. Besides, these two teams play against each other quite often these times.
To make fun, fans insert the 'quote' in different places – even where it seems absurd.
