Xavi reportedly to ask Busquets to cut salary in half and stay for another year

According to Diario Sport's Lluis Miguelsanz (4 stars),

In his interview with Cadena SER, Joan Laporta was asked about

Barca really don't have the money to buy proper replacements for Busquets and Roberto. However, some would like them to assume the risk and bet on the younger generation. 

The old guard has already shown that it cannot compete at the highest level, why cling to it when you can beat
