Coutinho could go back to Brazil this winter
Corinthians' president Duilio Monteiro Alves has confirmed his interest in bringing Philippe Coutinho to the club in January.
There have been contacts with Aston Villa but the move is still not advanced. Corinthians want to sign Philippe on loan.
Barca contract Sporting CP over Porro
Pedro Porro is one of the most promising right-backs in Portugal. According to Record (4 stars), Barcelona have contacted Sporting CP to enquire about the Spaniard, who is expected to leave the club in the summer.
Barca do not want to trigger his €45m and believe he is worth around €20m. Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid are also interested.
Barca in talks with sleeve sponsor
Philips are interested in becoming Barca's sleeve sponsor. The multinational company want a 4-year deal worth €2m this season and €8m, 10m and €12m respectively in the next three year, Mundo Deportivo say. However, Barca want €20m per year.
Xavi's other options to replace Busquets
If Barca cannot sign anyone next summer, Xavi could bet on Frenkie de Jong and Nico Gonzalez to replace Sergio Busquets, as per Mundo Deportivo. The two will need to work on their positioning as the coach sees them more fitted for the central midfielder role.
