There are at least two reasons some Barcelona fans would not want to see Memphis Depay joining Atletico Madrid.
Firstly, strengthening one of Barca's direct rivals is bad business as a matter of fact.
Secondly, we once gave them David Villa and Luis Suarez – both cases resulted in Atletico winning the league and the two strikers contributing to that a lot.

💭 Yaneth.C (Twitter): "I hope that Atletico are not going to paint our faces once again in a negotiation. Enough with Villa, Suarez and Griezmann's 120 kilos. I'm not opposed to selling Memphis, he needs game time, but they must give us the money."
Should we really worry about Atletico this season, though? Diego Simeone's side are currently 14 points behind while signing Memphis probably wouldn't be as much of a boost as signing Villa or Suarez back in the day.
