Latest on Aubameyang, Carrasco and others: Barca's January transfer round-up

Fabrizio Romano names Barcelona among the big European clubs that could make some noise on the last days of the January transfer market.

Memphis Depay has left Barca, helping the club save some money in the wage budget. Let's see how Blaugrana could use it in the coming days.

INs

Yannick Carrasco. Barcelona are said to be seriously interested in signing the defence-minded left winger. However, there is a bigger chance that we complete the deal in the summer when the Belgian will cost just €20m instead of the demanded €60m at the moment.

Marcelo Brozovic. The Croatian could come to Barca as part of the swap deal to send Franck Kessie to Inter Milan. However, the Ivorian seems to be gaining prominence under Xavi; besides, he is not willing to leave the club at the moment.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Barca might still re-sign the Gabonese this month if the forward would be allowed to be registered with the first team for the second time this season since August.

Marco Asensio. The Catalans have contacted Jorge Mendes regarding the Real Madrid winger's potential Camp Nou move. However, it is more likely that Asensio would join Barca for free in July – if he agreed on it, of course.

Ilkay Gundogan. The German has already reached a pre-agreement to join Blaugrana as a free agent in the summer, according to one questionable source. More credible ones claim there is nothing between Barca and Gundogan at the moment.

OUTs

Hector Bellerin. The Spaniard could either extend his contract for one more year or leave in January or in the summer. Real Betis and Fulham are said to be interested.
