Barcelona advance in talks to sign Brazilian sensation Vitor Roque - details revealed

Barcelona and Athletico Paranaense have advanced in negotiations over the transfer of Vitor Roque and the operation is moving forward, Relevo reports.

Despite there being Fair Play restrictions on them, Barca intend to sign the Brazilian wonderkid in an operation that will exceed €40 million, including variables.

Paranaense agreed to make some aspects of the transfer more flexible, such as a lower fixed fee, but with variables or a loan with an mandatory buy option in the following year.

With Athletico willing to offer such flexibility, it seems only a matter of time before the two parties shake hands on the agreement for the 18-year-old.
