Dest as a right winger, Mingueza in: a look at Barca XI the last time we played Real Madrid at home

The last time Barcelona hosted Real Madrid at Camp Nou was back in October 2021.

Ronald Koeman was still our coach at that time and the starting lineup he fielded was very different from what we are likely to see today. Here's a picture to refresh your memory.

Barca XI: Ter Stegen; Mingueza, Pique, Garcia, Alba; De Jong, Busquets, Gavi; Dest, Memphis, Ansu Fati.

Four of these players -- Oscar Mingueza, Gerard Pique, Sergino Dest, and Memphis Depay -- have left the club (or retired). Others, like Jordi Alba, Eric Garcia and Ansu Fati are no longer regular starters.

So, we should expect only a few of these players to feature from the first minutes tonight.

For the record, that match ended in a 2-1 win for Real Madrid. The goals were scored by Sergio Aguero, David Alaba and Lucas Vazquez. Hopefully, we get a better result tonight.
