According to the highly-reliable Gerard Romero, Barcelona must sell three big players if they are to register Lionel Messi and Ilkay Gundogan.
Barcelona have probably told La Liga what players are up for sale and for how much, hence the league body's approval of their feasibility plan.
There are three players who are likely to be sold to raise at least €100m for Barca while freeing up the club's wage bill
1. Ferran Torres. The Spaniard has struggled terribly this season and hasn't scored since April. Barca probably think it's best to sell him than let him rot on the bench.
2. Franck Kessie. The Ivorian is not a bad player, but he simply hasn't fit in at Barca despite his explosive style of play.
3. Ansu Fati. Unfortunately for the youngster, he's also on Barca's transfer list despite a fairly decent season in which he scored 10 goals. However, if Messi arrives, Ansu will play even fewer minutes than he did this term.
