Nordin Amrabat, elder brother of Barca target Sofyan Amrabat, claims his sibling only wants to play for a top club like Barca.
"Sofyan to West Ham? No, he wants to go to the top and his desire is to play in Spain," Nordin told ESPN
"At Barcelona, he [Sofyan] is high on the list but you know Barca’s financial situation.
"There are more clubs interested in Sofyan", the AEK Athens winger added.
It is expected that Amrabat is one of the midfielders who will receive a call from Barcelona when the transfer window opens in July.
The Moroccan was recently on parade as Fiorentina were beaten in the Europa Conference League final 2-1 by West Ham. His all-action style makes the 26-year-old a good fit for Barca in that defensive midfield position - if only they can pay his fee.
