Motherwell vs Celtic suspended midway through first half after referee injury

A Scottish Premiership clash between Motherwell and Celtic on Saturday was suspended in the first half following a referee's injury.

Match official Willie Collum received treatment on the pitch for around five minutes before deciding that he could not continue the game due to a calf issue.

Collum was replaced by fourth official Chris Fordyce just after the half-hour mark at Fir Park as Celtic won the game 2–0 to climb up to fourth place in the Scottish Premiership table.
