Amanda Staveley, a British executive, is the key person behind the Saudi Arabia-backed takeover of Newcastle United.
The 48-year-old orchestrated the complicated and controversial deal involving the Premier League side but it appears that not everyone is happy with the Ripon native.
Serie A President Paolo Dal Pino said: "We have eight foreign owners, seven American and one Chinese who believed that there is potential for growth. If Ms Staveley preferred to invest in Newcastle over Inter [Milan] or [AC] Milan, you can see that she likes small cars and not F1 cars."
