When asked about his thoughts on Toni Kroos and Luka Modric after Real Madrid’s 4-1 win over Granada, Carlo Ancelotti said: “There is not much to say. The level that both have is very high, they are still the best midfielders in the world for me.
“They do things that I do not ask of them, but that come naturally. If we think about the future in the short term, they may continue.
“If we think about a future ten years from now, we have to look for substitutes. And we have them with Camavinga, Valverde and Blanco.”
Kroos and Modric are still going strong for Los Blancos and have played a big role in helping them take charge of the La Liga title race.
Madrid are currently on top of the league table and already 10 points ahead of arch-rivals Barcelona.
