According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, Newcastle United are seriously pursuing a January transfer for Ousmane Dembele.
The Magpies, backed by cash-rich Saudis, would offer the Barcelona winger €15 million per year in wages. That's in addition to a whopping €15 million he will receive as a signing-on bonus.
Dembele's contract expires next summer and given Barca's dire financial condition, it's unlikely they will match Newcastle's offer.
Injuries have slowed down Dembele's progress at the Camp Nou but he could use a fresh start after making just two appearances this season.
