Thomas Muller has confirmed that he has extended his contract with Bayern Munich until 2024.
He tweeted: “Red is and will always be my colour. Today I extended my contract with FC Bayern Munich until June 30th, 2024. This club, this team and these fans are my home.”
Muller’s recent deal was going to expire next summer, but he has secured his future with the Bundesliga champions by signing an extension to that.
The 32-year-old remains a pivotal part of Julian Nagelsmann’s side and Bayern are clearly eager to keep him at the club.
Muller has scored 226 goals and registered 242 assists in 624 appearances fo Bayern so far, as well as winning 11 Bundesliga titles and the Champions League twice in his career.
