Lionel Messi has been linked to joining Major League Soccer side Inter Miami once his PSG contract expires in 2023, as per Latin American broadcaster DirectTV Sports.
Not just that, but the report claimed that Messi will also buy a 35% stake in the club and become partners with current owner David Beckham.
However, Leo’s representatives have responded to the rumours and said: “It is completely false. Leo has not yet decided on his future.”
Beckham has already publicly voiced his desire to sign Messi for Inter Miami in the future and is keen on bringing him to the MLS.
Leo is expected to spend the 2022/23 season with PSG, but he could leave the club after that in 2023.
