Leonardo Bonucci: ‘I never saw the real Paul Pogba at Man United. I expect to see him at Juventus’

Speaking about the return of Paul Pogba to Juventus, club captain Leonardo Bonucci said: “Pogba ? He understood very well that today's Juventus is perhaps a step behind the one he had left.

“It is at the center of the project and of the group, it will be fundamental. I told him that we were in great need of the Pogba we know, that I have never seen the real Paul in Manchester and now I expect to see him again at Juve.”

Pogba sealed his return to Juventus for the second time in his career earlier this month, joining them as a free agent once again.

The Frenchman will be hoping to silence his doubters and help raise the quality of Juventus’ performances as well as aid their Serie A title charge this season.
