In 2018 Cristiano Ronaldo was questioned about the best coach he had worked with. He responded by stating that he would relish the opportunity to work with Jose Mourinho once more.
"Work with Mourinho again? Why not? I would put him at the top, I always say that," he said (via the Daily Mirror).
"I have played for so many great coaches, but José Mourinho was a big thinker analytically, he went into everything in great detail."
These are significant words of admiration from the Portuguese, particularly considering his prior experience working with Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid and Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United.
It seems like Mourinho also would like to work with Cristiano Ronaldo yet again after previously managing him at Real Madrid.
