"I won't make a saga out of it [excluding Ousmane Dembele from the squad to face Arsenal]... there was simply an issue with respect to his obligations towards the team," Luis Enrique has told the media, via Fabrizio Romano.
"I want the best for the team and I left him out. There was no fight between me and Dembele.
"It looks like we never lost a game with Dembele... no, we lost against Newcastle, Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Barca at home.
"If someone doesn't comply with the team's rules, it means he's not ready for a key week like this one," the Paris Saint-Germain boss added.
Earlier, it was reported there was a 'heated argument' between Ousmane Dembele and Luis Enrique after PSG beat Rennes 3-1 in Ligue 1.
Dembele was removed from the Parisians' Champions League squad to face Arsenal on Tuesday, October 1.
