- Rangers won their first Scottish Premiership trophy in 10 years with 6 games to go.
- Gerrard insists that the journey is not yet finished for him and Rangers.
- For now, however, they celebrate the deserved win.
"It is very difficult to put into words right now. I’m on a real, emotional high and it has been a journey that is not finished," Steven Gerrard told the official Rangers website after leading the Scottish club to the first league title in a decade.
"There is more to come and the next thing for me, when you win, it is always about what is next.
"We have been down at times, really low at times, but this is an incredible high," the Liverpool legend added. "It has been an incredible journey we have been on and we deserve it."
Rangers won the 2020/21 Scottish Premiership with 6 games to go. They have not suffered a single defeat yet, conceding just 9 goals in 32 matches.
Of course, it is the first league title for Steven Gerrard, and not just as a manager, which makes this win even sweeter for him.
