Thiago and Diogo Jota join 4 other Liverpool players in Euro 2020 Round of 16

Thiago Alcantara and Diogo Jota both featured for their countries on Wednesday as Spain and Portugal secured their places in the Euro 2020 Round of 16.

Jota played 90 minutes in a 2-2 draw with France, while Thiago was subbed on in the 71st minute in Spain's 5-0 hammering of Slovakia.

They won't be the only Liverpool representatives at this stage. Jordan Henderson (England), Xherdan Shaqiri (Switzerland), Harry Wilson and Neco Williams (Wales) might also play in the second round.

The only Liverpool player whose team failed to progress to the Round of 16 is Scotland captain Andrew Robertson.
