Liverpool reportedly had bid for €100-rated Chiesa rejected

, Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg claims the Reds tabled a bid for the attacker. 

, who have first refusal on Chiesa, rejected the bid. 

Chiesa is valued at €100m, but the amount of money Liverpool bid for the 23-year-old was not disclosed. 

 but is on a two-year loan spell with Juventus. 

The Genoa-born striker shot to the limelight last season with his superb displays for Juventus. He bagged 15 goals and 11 assists to help the Bianconeri qualify for the Champions League.

Look reds. If this bid is true it's a really big thing. Bigger than you get I notice as even if it was rejected it would show that they are ready to splash the cash when they see a target they want.
And No most of the players you want are never even considered so don't get why you get all hyped up for every rumour.

Plettenberg is normally a pretty reliable source but it's still hard for us here to know if what he says is true. The problem for him is that if he talks about things like this and it gets out it was bullshit his reputation gets stained.
