OFFICIAL: Rhys Williams joins Swansea on loan after signing new long-term deal with Liverpool

 has signed a new long-term contract with Liverpool and joined 

 on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The new deal sees his time at Anfield being extended until 2026. 

Williams made 19 senior appearances for the Reds last season after his debut in September 2020.

He spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Kidderminster Harriers and will now look for more game time with Swansea in the Championship.

Nat Phillips signs new long-term deal with Liverpool

 has signed a new 4-year deal with the club.

The centre-back finalised the contract today, earning the new deal thanks to the 20 appearances he made for an injury-ravaged Reds side last season.

Phillips told Liverpoolfc.com: “Obviously after last year, it’s really nice to get that reward from the club. I’m happy to be sticking around and being available if the club need to call on me again.

“I’m excited for the next chapter and just to see what that brings.

“It is nice that the club has shown me that recognition and hopefully I can bring more of the same with whatever opportunities come my way.”

This probably means that the centre-back won't be sold tonight despite interest from several 

 teams. However, we cannot rule out a loan deal yet.

We congratulate Phillips on the new deal, which will run until 2026.

OFFICIAL: Jordan Henderson signs new long-term contract

The captain has put pen to paper on a long-term deal with the Reds. According to reports, the agreement will be effective until 2025.

The 31-year-old has celebrated a decade at the club this year. Since his arrival from 

 in 2011, he has made 394 appearances for the Reds and scored 30 goals.

Henderson led the Reds to their first league title in the 

 era in the 2019-20 season. He also won the

that's a cracking club for Rhys to go to and learn his trade...Swansea were the beaten finalists in the promotion playoffs against Brentford.. they've started the season win some lose some so hopefully Rhys can get regular football...Y.N.W.A...
