Bellingham and Kessie in, Origi and Phillips out: ranking probability of latest rumours

The transfer window is now open and we rounded up the latest rumours of players linked to LFC for you earlier in the week.

Not all rumours are equal however, so here's a look at our ranking of all the players based on the probability that they arrive at Liverpool.

INs

Bellingham is pretty much a dream signing for LFC fans and the Reds have been linked with the midfielder for a while.

However, the latest reports from Fabrizio Romano state that it will be 'super difficult' for the Reds to acquire the midfielder. Dortmund are very likely to lose Haaland, so it doesn't seem like they'll let go of Bellingham just yet.

Probability rating: 1/10

Real Madrid's Fede Valverde has been out of favour at the Bernebau this season but remains a premium talent.

Spanish outlet El Nacional have confirmed Liverpool's interest but the quoted €90 million price seems a bit heavy. Furthermore, he is under contract in Spain till 2027, making this quite unlikely.

Probability rating: 1/10

Franck Kessie from AC Milan is one of the more promising midfielders in Europe. With Italian outlet Ansa reporting that the Reds have made Kessie an offer, the rumours have been flying around.

He is a free agent in the summer and could be available for cheap in January as well. There's nothing concrete but the 25-year-old fits the profile for a Liverpool signing.

Probability rating: 3/10

Matthias Ginter of Borussia Monchengladbach is another name Liverpool are looking at, per FCInterNews.

Klopp has already signed Ginter once, during his time at Dortmund and with Joe Gomez being linked with a move away, the German on a free would mark excellent business for the Reds.

Probability rating: 4/10

Raphinha from Leeds United has been linked with Liverpool since the January transfer window last year.

With Leeds struggling, Raphinha could be available on the cheap although the Liverpool Echo has reported that LFC will only be willing to do business with Leeds 'at the right price'.

Probability rating: 6/10

OUTs

The thought of Gomez potentially leaving seems alien, the cnetre-back has been highly rated at Liverpool since he arrived as an 18-year-old.

However, with Konate coming in and playing time already falling rapidly for Gomez, the MIrror have now reported that Gerrard is interested in signing the centre-back for his Villa side. It's unlikely, but it could happen.

Probability rating: 2/10

AC Milan legend Demetrio Albertini has backed his former club to sign Origi, claiming the Belgian is the type of striker that can win a team the Serie A.

Gazzetta dello Sport have also reported Juve's interest and with Origi turning 26 last year and rehabilitating his value as a top player, a move might make sense for the player as well as the club.

Probability rating: 4/10

Big Nat made himself a hero at Liverpool last season but it seems more and more certain that he will leave the Reds this month.

A move to Napoli may have fallen through but clubs like Brighton, Burnley and Newcastle have all been named as potential destinations. This one feels inevitable.

Probability rating: 8/10
