Liverpool 'to trim squad' after Ramsay arrival: 3 big players expected to leave

Liverpool will complete the transfer of full-back Calvin Ramsay in about a week. After that, the Reds will shut the door on new signings and focus on trimming the squad even further, The Telegraph report.

The Reds have already confirmed the departure of seven players this June. Here are more big departures expected at Anfield:

Sadio Mane. The Senegalese move to Bayern Munich is all but confirmed by Liverpool.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The Englishman has been on a steady decline at Anfield since that horror injury in 2019. Credible sources claim he will be offloaded this summer.

Takumi Minamino. The Japanese winger is closer than ever to leaving Anfield, with France considered his next destination.

The Liverpool squad will certainly get lighter this season, but the signing of Darwin Nunez shows some real intent by Liverpool - let's not forget Fabio Carvalho too.
