Are you asking this question every year? It's always the case that the probability isn't even, it's pretty obvious. If Brugge can draw 7 teams and one of these 7 teams is Bayern, but Bayern can only draw three other teams including us, then obviously their chance of drawing Brugge is quite low and the probability of drawing others increases. Do the maths for all the groups and you end up with high  numbers sometimes

Explain to me how we have a 40% chance of drawing Bayern when we can get Porto Benfica Real or Bayern.

I just did. Take a course on probability, not my job to educate you

so if you toss a coin is it 50/50 head or tail or do you add probability crap like just had two heads so more likely to get a tail.

40% chance, is my maths wrong? We can get Porto Benfica Bayern or Real to me that us a 25% chance and they
with 5 possibilities have a 20% chance getting us,  unless we are  saying the draw is rigged.
Think some dickhead statistician is adding the two together and minusing 5%
